We're looking for a high-energy, people-obsessed Recruiter who moves fast, stays organized, and genuinely loves connecting great candidates with great opportunities. You'll be the first impression of Search Atlas Group — and we take that seriously.

This isn't a "post and pray" recruiting role. You'll own the full-cycle process, hit real volume targets, and be the heartbeat of our hiring operation.

What You'll Do

Own the Pipeline

Your ATS is your source of truth — keep it spotless. Candidate statuses, notes, next steps: all current, all documented, all the time. Anyone should be able to pick up your pipeline and know exactly what's going on.

Move Fast

New role? It's posted within 48 hours. Candidate email? Replied to within 24. Interviews? You're hitting 25+ per week and making every one count.

Run Great Interviews

Conduct professional, engaging interviews that make candidates genuinely excited to join the team — not just screened out of it. You'll also attend leadership interviews to take notes and keep logistics running smoothly.

Be a Culture Champion

You're the team's biggest cheerleader — across Slack, across roles, across levels. From contractors to the executive team, everyone feels your support.

Stay Sharp on the Admin Side

Send daily end-of-day recaps, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and do a quick Friday pipeline cleanup so you head into the weekend with zero loose ends.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup environment
Technical recruiting chops — you're comfortable sourcing and screening developers, engineers, and product folks, and can hold your own in a technical conversation
A high bar for communication: warm, professional, and responsive (in writing and on camera)
Genuine love for staying organized — pipelines, spreadsheets, and documentation are your happy place
Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement
Experience with ClickUp + automation is a big plus

Salary & Benefits

$11.54 - 12.12 an hour depending on your location and skills/experience
15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
