I run all things Recruiting and People Ops at Search Atlas Group, which means I’m responsible for finding great people and making sure they grow here longterm. 

Here’s my philosophy: we work really hard here, but we also genuinely like each other. That’s not by accident - I specifically hire nice people who are amazing at what they do. Each new hire brings their own unique experience to the team and helps us grow!
