The Mission: Shipping Executable Intent

Search Atlas is moving beyond the "feature factory" model . We recognize that generative coding agents have turned implementation into a commodity. The scarce resource is no longer execution capacity - it is the ability to decide what should be built and orchestrating agents to build it.

We are hiring an AI-native Product Manager to lead core verticals. This is not a typical PM role. You will work directly with our Founder to architect the future of SEO software. Your deliverable is working prototypes and Merge Requests, not static PRDs.

What You’ll Do

1. Product Ownership & Agent Orchestration

• Define Executable Intent: Craft the goals, constraints, and project context required for AI agents to autonomously turn requirements into production-ready features.

• Orchestrate Delivery: Use Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Cursor to generate functional prototypes and interactive dashboards rather than static specs.

• Lead Super-Cells: Own the end-to-end vision for one major product pod, managing release workflows directly inside GitLab.

2. AI-Driven Discovery & Data Mastery

• Synthesize Signals: Leverage agentic tools to process months of customer feedback and support tickets to identify the next high-value product move.

• Deep Analysis: Analyze massive SEO and performance datasets using SQL and Python.

• Evaluation Frameworks: Build structured prompts and benchmarks to validate LLM-generated insights for accuracy and reliability.

3. UX Design & Rapid Iteration

• Visual Prototyping: Transform complex data into insight-dense interfaces using Figma, Figma Make, or Lovable.

• Radical Reliability: QA every feature in staging to ensure UX coherence and data integrity, driving rapid iteration cycles.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as a Technical PM in SaaS with a heavy focus on AI/LLM orchestration.

• Technical Hands-on: Mastery of SQL (complex queries) and Python (data analysis/scripting) is mandatory.

• AI Native: Proven ability to build products and prototypes using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agent frameworks.

• Engineering Fluency: Deep comfort with GitLab workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and branching strategies.

• Operational Speed: Ability to write "executable intent" and test cases rather than just business requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $5,000 - $6,500 USD per month (depending on experience and location)

• Benefits: 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off

• This position is paid in USD, which is approximately R$29,500 - R$35,000 BRL depending on the current exchange rate. The BRL equivalent may vary over time due to currency fluctuations, as all compensation is issued in USD.
