We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us share our vision with the world.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
You won’t just be "making calls", you’ll be the face of a brand-new category in tech. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Outbound Prospecting: Building a healthy pipeline through high-energy daily touchpoints across email, social selling, and phone calls.
Lead Qualification: Chatting with decision-makers to see if they’re a perfect fit for our game-changing services.
Pipeline Management: Keeping our CRM organized so that every potential "win" is tracked and nurtured.
Strategic Follow-ups: Using your persistence and charm to turn a "maybe" into a "let's do this!"
Collaboration: Partnering directly with our leadership team to sharpen our scripts and strategies based on what you’re hearing on the front lines.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a sales-driven role (SDR, BDR, or AE).
Communication: Exceptional English skills. (Bonus points if you have great "Zoom energy" or can suggest a killer tea remedy for allergies over video).
The "Hunter" Mindset: You aren’t just looking to book meetings; you’re focused on driving real revenue and seeing deals through to the finish line.
The Setup: A dedicated home office with high-speed internet and a professional backdrop for video calls.
Availability: Ability to work full-time during US Business Hours (EST/CST).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: USD $15.00 – $17.30 per hour.
Rest & Recharge: 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) + paid holidays for Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Work Setting: Work from anywhere! We are 100% remote.
