We are hiring an Account Executive to own full-cycle revenue generation for qualified opportunities across agencies, brands, and enterprise-style accounts. This person must be able to run strong discovery, challenge assumptions, quantify opportunity cost, and sell transformation rather than features.
This is not an order-taker role. The right person knows how to control a deal, navigate multiple stakeholders, and move from current state to desired state with commercial precision. At Search Atlas, great AEs do not lead with demos. They lead with diagnosis, business case development, and clear recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close across qualified inbound and outbound opportunities
Run high-control discovery conversations that uncover current state, desired state, cost of current state, and consequences of inaction
Quantify ROI using labor replacement, content velocity, tool consolidation, and missed search opportunity frameworks
Sell to agencies, multi-site operators, and enterprise-style buyers with multiple stakeholders
Build urgency and momentum across decision-makers, champions, procurement, and executive buyers
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and follow-up hygiene
Aggressively qualify and disqualify to protect time and focus on real revenue opportunities
Partner with marketing, product, support, and leadership to improve messaging, funnel quality, and win rates
Contribute to deal strategy, pricing conversations, offer structure, and expansion paths

What Great Looks Like in This Role
You sound like a consultant, not a presenter
You can ask direct financial and operational questions without losing trust
You know how to reframe the conversation from tools and features to outcomes and economics
You are comfortable challenging vague goals, weak urgency, and low-conviction buying signals
You can hold a serious commercial conversation with founders, CMOs, agency owners, operators, and procurement
You follow up hard without becoming sloppy or needy
You are motivated by winning complex deals, not by giving platform tours
What you bring:
4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or digital marketing sales experience
Strong preference for experience in SEO, MarTech, AdTech, AI software, agency software, or other workflow/productivity platforms
Proven success in full-cycle sales, ideally with mid-market, agency, or enterprise accounts
Experience closing multithreaded deals with multiple stakeholders
Strong discovery and business-case skills
Confident communicator with strong deal control and follow-up discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where process is improving quickly
Experience with CRM discipline, forecasting, and sales hygiene
Bonus if you have sold into agencies, franchises, local SEO buyers, or multi-location businesses

The company is building a broader search operations platform, and the Account Executive role is critical in helping prospects understand the business case for consolidating fragmented workflows into a more scalable operating system. That message shows up repeatedly in the internal training agenda and call guidance.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: USD $70,000 – $80,000 + Comissions
Benefits: Fully covered health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, personal development budget, and pet health insurance.
