Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

You'll be the main point of contact for our enterprise clients after they sign. You will guiding them through onboarding, helping them get real value from the product, spotting growth opportunities, and making sure they stick around because they want to.

What your day-to-day looks like
You'll own the full post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise clients — from onboarding through renewal. Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead onboarding and tailored product training, partnering with the implementation team on complex setups.
Own post-sale relationships — run regular check-ins, monitor engagement, and drive adoption that delivers real results.
Build success plans, surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate on customer advocacy initiatives.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — escalate issues, gather feedback, and help improve the product experience.
Manage renewals, flag churn risks early, and keep your records and forecasts tight and accurate.
What you bring!
Experience & Domain Knowledge
3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment, with a track record of driving retention and outcomes for enterprise clients.
Solid grasp of SEO — on-page, off-page, and technical — plus hands-on experience with tools like GSC and SEMrush. You can hold your own in a strategy conversation.
Experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients as a trusted advisor, not just a support contact.
Technical Fluency
Comfortable explaining SaaS platforms and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with APIs, analytics tools, or CMS integrations is a bonus.
Proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight, and at home in data and reporting tools.

You juggle multiple accounts and communication channels without dropping balls, and you use your CRM like the asset it is.
You interpret KPIs naturally, spot risks before they become problems, and solve them proactively.

You communicate with clarity and confidence: whether it's a quick Slack, a presentation to a C-suite, or a tricky conversation about churn.
Empathetic, consultative, and genuinely passionate about helping clients succeed.

Salary & Benefits
Pay rate: $ 28 - $ 34.60 USD per hour, depending on your location and skills/experience
